We will meet at the Philosopher's House for a tea of your choice, then head out to the park (weather permitting) for Yang 24 (Beijing Style) Tai Chi. Our warmup will include some Qigong and exercises influenced by martial arts style like Bajiquan and Baguazhang. How to register: Drop-in, no registration needed. Location: Meet at the teahouse at 10:30am, then walk with us down to King Commons for Tai Chi time Cost: Beverage or food purchase encouraged to support teahouse nonprofit.
