Amanda and Kim of Shakti in the Mountains will be leading a 1 hour nature connection experience, including an introduction to Shinrin-yoku, the Japanese practice of forest bathing. We will discuss the many health benefits of a nature practice, and offer a series of invitations that engage the senses, imagination, and wonder. We will meet at the disc golf parking lot, then walk to the outoor classroom for our time together.
