Johnson City Parks and Recreation is celebrating Parks and Recreation Month this July with a series of weekly Party in the Park events. On July 31, we will celebrate Harry Potter's Birthday at Rotary Park from 5-7 p.m. This year marks the 40th anniversary of National Recreation and Park Association’s (NRPA) Park and Recreation Month, and we’re celebrating with the theme “Build Together, Play Together.” In keeping with the theme, Johnson City Parks and Recreation will host weekly Party in the Park events all month long.
