    Come along and read your work, and listen to some fine local wordsmiths.You can sign up to read when you arrive. Our reading lists have been filling up quickly, so please arrive early to get on the sign-up sheet. It will open at 6:45. In Kimmie Rhodes' case, that work ethic has fueled a remarkable career spanning songwriting, performing, writing cookbooks and memoirs, and serving as an international cultural ambassador under the auspices of the Buddy Holly Education Foundation.     Sam Collie is a psychedelic blues and soul musician out of Nashville, Tennessee. Born and raised in the mountains of East Tennessee, Sam started at a young age in the music scene. After years of writing and performing solo material, he formed his trio, Sam Collie and the Roustabouts, in the summer of 2019. Their debut studio album, The Search For Relief, was released in June of 2021. In the following year, the band remained hard at work, releasing two singles, Fake Smiles and Playing the Fool, followed by their sophomore album, One Eye Open. in the past year, the band has promoted two new singles, confined and footprints.
