Millstone Creek Falls is located on the western side of Buffalo Mountain in Washington County. This 30′ waterfall is an easy hike which is located approximately 150 yards from the road. To get there, take I-26 to Erwin/Jonesborough, and take Exit 37. At the end of the ramp, take Route 81/107 West for 4.1 miles. Before crossing the Nolichucky Rivers, turn right on Arnold Road. Continue 0.9 miles to a small pull-off on the left. Across the road, follow a small unmarked trail that leads to the falls.
