Composer and educator Yucheng “Alex” Zhang takes the stage for a faculty recital showcasing his creative work and musical perspectives. An active composer and arranger, Zhang’s music has been performed by ensembles throughout the United States and China and featured at festivals and conferences across the country. His recital offers audiences an opportunity to experience original compositions shaped by his work as a composer, educator, and scholar.
