Festival Highlights Include:

• Parade: Starting at 11:00 AM, the parade will travel from Carver Recreation Center to King Commons Park. The parade will feature over 25 classic cars and motorcycles, dance groups, local sports teams, and Grand Marshal Adam Dickson, Vice Mayor of Jonesborough, and Supervisor of the Langston Centre
• Opening Ceremony: The festival will kick off around noon with the calling of the drums and welcoming words from board members.
• Classic Car and Motorcycle Show: Our first ever Classic Car and Motorcycle Show taking place at King Commons Park across from the Public Library from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Awards and recognitions will be given to outstanding entries.
• Live Music Lineup: Enjoy a range of performances, including a Gospel Fest featuring National Recording artist, Aaron Cole performing at 3:00 PM, performances by local favorites Will Adams, Rico Parkay, and Cam Koroma, and bands JC Jazz Collective and Purple Masquerade—a prince tribute band out of Nashville performing at 9:30 PM.
• Children’s Activities: Kids can enjoy the park area, face painting, free craft activities, and inflatables.
• Local Vendors and Nonprofits: Explore a variety of food and merchandise vendors like Ma’ Doris African Kitchen, Vintage Vixens Leomonade, The McKinney Center, Crucial Art Images, and Stitched by Donna. Get information and resources from local nonprofit organizations like CASA, LEAD, ETSU College of Medicine, and Ashley Academy.
• Special Entertainment: Experience the excitement of stilt walkers, traditional African drummers, Eureka Soul Smooth Line Dancers, and Blue Iron Percussion, adding flair and rhythm to the festival.
