Join us for the Summer 2025 Poking of the Beer! Up north, breweries will take a red hot poker out of the fire and put the tip of it in a cup of beer, caramelizing it and giving it a creamy texture. Founder and head brewer, Eric, will be leading the beer poking. Come on out and give it a try!
