In 1866 she began her run from Johnson City to Cranberry, North Carolina until 1950. She enjoyed a loyal following of visitors to the mountains and was known for punctuality and fine-tuned operation. We think you find the culture and heritage of the Appalachian mountains in Stemwinder’s songs.
