    The East Tennessee State University Chorale will perform at the Tennessee Music Educators Association All-State Conference in Nashville this April. They will present a preview send off concert in Johnson City on March 29, 3:00 p.m. at Munsey United Methodist church. The Chorale has been the signature choral ensemble of the university for more than eighty years. Students from majors across campus are selected through a rigorous audition process and come together to build a community of friendship and outstanding choral artistry. Both accomplished performers, educators, and collaborators, they bring a wealth of experience spanning solo performance, orchestral appearances, chamber music, composition, and musical theatre. Marissa Mathia has performed internationally and as a concerto soloist, and is passionate about collaboration and piano pedagogy. Steve Sensenig, a versatile pianist and composer, has performed across the United States and internationally, worked extensively in theatre and orchestral settings, and is widely respected for his collaborative artistry and original compositions.
