Fresh off his Tales From Virginia Tour across the UK, Colby T. Helms brings his powerful Appalachian sound to The Jackson Theatre.

Raised in Boones Mill, Virginia, Colby’s music is shaped by the hills of the Blue Ridge and the traditions passed down through his family. His debut album, Tales of Misfortune (released January 2024), blends bluegrass, folk, and country with standout tracks like “Higher Ground,” “Mountain Brandy,” and “Daddy’s Pocket Knife.”

With his band, The Virginia Creepers, Colby delivers songs with grit, heart, and timeless storytelling.
