Join us for a night of independent horror films created by local filmmakers. In partnership with the ETSU Media & Communication Department and sponsored by the Mary B. Martin School of the Arts, the third annual Highlands Horrorfest brings together this year’s best independent horror from across the Appalachian Highlands to compete for various awards including the Best Scare audience award and a $1000 grand prize for the Best of the Fest.
