DESCRIPTION:Join us for a tasty trip to the Mediterranean! \nOur menus will be bursting with fresh\, bright\, and bold flavors. \nSeafood\, vegetables\, whole grains\, herbs\, and olive oil are among the ingredients most associated with countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea. They make for flavorful dishes that trigger memories of sunbathed vacations and leisurely meals. \nThis class focuses on the cuisines of the many countries that surround the Mediterranean Sea. \n  \nAll food and instruction are included in this class. \nThe cost is $280 for four sessions: April 23rd and 30th\, May 7th and 14th\, 2026. \nETSU Faculty and Staff are eligible for the Employee Audit.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOUR CHEF\nSheridan Nice owned two restaurants in Johnson City\, TN\, with her partner and husband\, Steve Nice. She is a graduate of La Varenne\, Ecole de Cuisine\, Paris and a recipient of a Baking and Pastry scholarship from IACP\, International Association of Culinary Professionals\, to the Culinary Institute of America\, Napa Valley.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMediterranean Cooking Course \nWith Sheridan \nFor more information on this program – Mediterranean Cooking – 262-9014B-5
