Don Rigsby is a highly acclaimed bluegrass musician, who has been making waves in the music industry for several years now. He first made his debut as a professional with the legendary country artist Vern Gosdin, famously known as “The Voice”. Since then, Don has collaborated with some of the biggest names in bluegrass music, including Ralph Stanley, John Fogerty, Alan Jackson, Larry Cordle, Tony Rice, JD Crowe & The New South, The Bluegrass Cardinals, The Lonesome River Band, Peter Rowan, The Seldom Scene, and many others.

Don’s exceptional musicianship is not limited to his instrumental skills alone. He is also one of the few elite bluegrass singers in the world, and his vocal range and unique style set him apart from his contemporaries. In fact, Don’s talent and expertise have earned him a distinguished reputation as one of the most gifted artists on the bluegrass music scene today.

In recent years, Don has been incredibly busy with both studio recordings and thrilling live performances. He is a regular performer with All-Star Bands like Southern Legacy, and he also leads his own band, Don Rigsby & The Fly By Knights. In addition to his performances, Don also actively shares his vast knowledge and experience with aspiring musicians by conducting workshops at various locations, including Kaufman Camp, Augusta, and Allegheny Echoes. He also offers individual music lessons to students near his home in Eastern Kentucky.
